Translation Plus incorporates and names new President

Hackensack, NJ April 15, 2004 -- Elisabete Miranda to lead the 13-year old translation company. Translation Plus, Inc., a full-service translation company with over 10 years in business headquartered in Hackensack, NJ, announces it has completed its legal entity change from a Limited Liability Company to a Corporation. Elisabete Miranda, a partner in the LLC, assumes the post of President, and Edna Ditaranto, also a partner in the LLC, becomes its Vice President of Production.

After several years building the client base for their translation services for European, Asian and South American languages, the partners needed to establish a form of corporate governance that gave them the maximum flexibility to recruit and retain the talented staff that services their customers. New services such as all language desktop publishing, cultural consulting and multimedia production in all languages have recently been added to the firm's portfolio, which now includes not only translation, editing and proofreading, but also interpretation services, voice-over, narration and foreign language tape transcriptions.
